All fees are payable at time of service. A credit card will need to be on file to schedule your sessions.
I am not contracted with any insurance companies. Many clients choose not to use their insurance for counseling as they prefer choice, control, and confidentiality of a therapy service that is not under contract with managed care. If you choose to use your insurance please note that a mental health diagnosis is necessary on the form for reimbursement. I can provide you with a receipt, known as a Superbill, that you can submit to your insurance company for out of network reimbursement.

2. Do I have a deductible, how much is it, and has it been met?
3. What is my out of network reimbursement rate per session and is there an annual max reimbursement amount?
4. How many sessions are covered per calendar year?
5. What is the best way to submit superbills from out of network providers?
If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please contact me within 48 hours prior to your session. Sessions cancelled between 24 and 48 hours prior will incur a 50% session fee and those cancelled with less than 24 hours will be charged the full session fee. I may make an exception to this policy in the event of an emergency or if we are able to reschedule during the same calendar week (based solely on my availability and discretion).
